I've installed all the updates in the correct order as provided for in SP1 instructions with the exception of SP2 for Client Deployment as I had already extracted SP2 and applied the two required seperate patches as listed as an alternate method. Upon completing the last step however and installing the SBS SP1 update the installer errors out and tells me to check the logs, which only state that everything completed successfully.
Since this happened we have lost access to companyweb, RWW, and god knows what else as those two are the first most obvious. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Assuming our IIS 6.0 is still working, all related log files should be able to be found here:

Thanks in advance.
Hey Justin.
First of all, if you haven't reviewed the SP1 install doc at smallbizserver.net, take a look at it (http://www.smallbizserver.net/Default.aspx?tabid=236). Second, if you didn't install KB891193 on the SBS server as part of the SP1 installation process, you do need to go back and do that. The order with which the updates are applied is really important.
Make a backup copy of the install logs, run the setup for KB891193 again, then do the SBS SP1 install. If that doesn't fix you problems, compare teh new logs to the old ones to see if there's a noticable difference.
How "vanilla" is your server setup? Did you do much customization to it before you did the SP1 install?
HTH...
