Thanks for responding, Jenny!

Correct. The client in question is not yet joined to the SBS domain. Access
to SBS is from the Internet (outside interface) via
https://my.server.domain:444

I think I've done this. When I open User Accounts there are two tabs named
Users and Advanced. Under Advanced is a Manage Passwords button which opens
Stored Usernames and Passwords. The list is currently empty.

I'm sure it's my client. It works from other PC's. I can login as any SBS
user to access the site and objects I create are owned by that user. When I
close my browser and start over, I'm prompted to login again and can choose
another user. It even works on my PC as another user (e.g. local
Administrator) where I've never checked the "Remember username and password"
box at login.
This probably isn't an SBS issue and if so, I apologize for posting here.
Perhaps you can still help, or at least point me in the right direction.
I experimented with another website where the username / password window
looks like the one I originally got for SBS (and still get on another PC, or
when logged in as another user on my PC). I checked Remember my Password on
that site and closed IE. I looked under "Manage Passwords" under Users in
Control panel and there's nothing listed there. I cleared everything I could
find in IE (cookies, cached files, SSL state, everything in Autocomplete) and
when I go back to that other site to login, the login window has my username
and password filled in and the Remember my Password box is checked. My
conclusion is that both SBS and this other site are storing these
credentials, but I can't find them to remove them.
One other fact. My PC is still joined to my NT4 domain and I'm logged in
with cached credentials on that domain because I'm working on this from home
over a broadband connection. Is it possible that I can't see my saved
credentials under Manage Passwords in this situation?
Thanks for your help,
