Hi John,
Thanks for your reply.
Would you please to help me to double check the following things?
1. Uncheck "Ask unauthenticated users for identification" in ISA Management
| server Properties | Outgoing Web Requests tab.
2. Double check if you have created the following rules:
1) Create a Protocol Rule, allow all outbound traffic, and then apply to
Any Requests.
2) Create a Site and Content Rule, allow all sites and contents, and then
apply to Any Requests.
Thanks for your time and I look forward to your reply.
Best regards,
Crina Li (MSFT)

| If it is an XPSP2 issue, then it cannot be an IIS issue. In your case, IIS
| is running on SBS2003. If ITC cannot send the user credentials to ISA when
| running on XPSP2, then isn't that a problem with ITC on XPSP2 and not with
| IIS?
|
| Personally, I think you are more likely seeing some security change on
XPSP2
| that *may* affect authentication, and if so, the proper MS support
| professional should be able to figure that out. If it was truly an IIS
| issue, they should have transferred your case to the MS support folks
| specializing in IIS.
|
| I'm not trying to bounce you around nor ignore you. I just do not see any
| logical connections that this is an IIS issue.
