After researching these days, here I would like to give you some
suggestions:

1. Could you test if this occur on other clients when you import cookies to
other SBS clients, this will help us isolate the issue, as we import
cookies on our test SBS domain, we can not reproduce this issue.
2. Please also tell us the steps or wizard you used to transfer the cookies.
