Thanks you were right. I did not have the two cards on separate subnets.
They were not both plugged into the Netopia. I made the changes you
suggested. I had some difficulties with Setting up the DHCP relative to what
DNS they should look to and what IP addresses should be listened for but I
think I have those resolved. Now I am working on the NAT. setup. When it
asks for the address pool , should that be my ISP provided IP number and
should the mask be 255.255.255.254 since I have only one static address?

Last unresolved test issue. Outlook (Exchange) apparently is not receiving
mail addressed to myname @ my domain.com although it is posting mail
addressed to MYname@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx my ISP account I believe that implies
the POP 3 connector is working but there is a problem with the SMTP or
Internet address.. Any thoughts on how to start trouble shooting that.
