While I am no expert, the first step it seems is to run gpresult (command
mode)at the client to determine if your policy is enabled and if not, why
not. (filtered, empty, disabled, denied, etc). There are some fancy modeling
and RSOP tools, but gpresult is very straightoforward. Just run it with no
parameters from the computer the client is logged into.
