Server Rebuild & ISA 2004

I have been waiting for SBS 2003 SP1 to come out so I can reinstall the
operating system from scratch. I changed the motherboard, with its imbedded
nic, about a year ago without reinstalling SBS. Now I want to clean up a few
things. I'm creating a separate partition for the new SBS 2003 installation
and will alternate been the two until the new install is ready for
production.
My question is do I need to install ISA 2000 or can I jump straight to ISA
2004?
