Re: SBS Client Connection Problem



The application that is connecting to SQL server gives "object doesn't
support this property or method" error. In Windows Explorer I get "an error
occurred while reconnectting I: to \\psspdc1\speechdata. Microsoft windows
network. The located devicename is already in use. This connection has not
been restored".

http://companyweb is not accessable.

I will check Event Viewer and try MSCONFIG

If I logoff the user and then log back in both the application accessing SQL
Server and the mapped drive work. While logging on the message "Appling your
personal settings" stays on the screen for about 2 minute. Other than that
problem the loggon doesn't show any errors and seems normal until the PC is
ideal for some time.
