Would you please to help me to confirm some information again?

1. Can you ping external FQDN of your SBS from the win2000?
2. Can you ping external DNS from the win2000?
3. Can you ping external DNS from a workstation which can not produce error?
4. Can you ping external FQDN of your SBS from a workstation which can not
produce error?
5. Does the issue occur in all machines logon on to win2000?
