DNS Client Connection Problems

I'm having a problem with the initial configuration of the local network.
After many attempts, I am finally able to connect to the internet via client
computers, but I can't get local name resolution to work. So, I can't join
the domain, browse the network, etc.

I can get to the SBS via http and via IP address, but not the domain or
server name. I can get to the http://server/connectcomputer and I go through
the whole Network Configuration Wizard until I hit finish, then the browser
redirects to the errorrun.htm message.

Any help is appreciated.
