RE: PPL I new you advice.

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

1.If I click on Help&Support it can not get any info from the web. No error
just sits there. no promts or anything. It's set to auto, and is running.

2. Clients can access no problem

3.Ah, another problem I cant seem to get figured out. It seems like a ISA
problem. Oaky ran the Internet Connection Wizard evrything except
help&support and WinUpdate worked. But, after a period of time (2-4 hrs) when
I click IE I'm promted for user/pasword? If I cancel login or that, I can
type a URL and it will go.

4.Have not tried other accounts beacuse no other have rights.

5. In event viewer if there is a error I want more info on I click the URL
help & support pops up, and nothing happens.

6. Another things I noticed the default level is custom other than high? ISA?
