If you have successfully installed the fax services, your #1 and #2
priroties are relatively simple. Remember that MS treats outgoing fex
devices the same as printers.

Share your FAX on SBS 2003 the same as a printer share. Clients
connect to your shared fax. Then your MS apps simply print to the
"Fax Device". They get the outgoing fax wizard each time they print to
it. You can also integrate the Outlook Address book as a list of
receivers.

In SBS 2003 you use sharepoint to direct incoming faxes to multiple
locations. One of those is an email address. I found it best to assign
several the task to check that email address and forward faxes based
in the fax content. As of now, you can not auto forward based on the
incoming phone id.

BEWARE of internal modems. I tried several and ended up with a couple of
US ROBOTICS EXTERNAL serial modems that worked well. The 1st internal I
tried got me the BSOD which necessitated a complete reinstall of SBS
2003. Very ugly.

Hope this helps a little.
