SBS2003 SP1 - Help!

Anybody had any issues with the RRAS terminating with specific error 2 (0x2),
event ID 7024? This is after Event ID 20103, unable to load
C:\Windows\System32\iprtrmgr.dll. <b>EVERYTHING<b> was all OK until I
installed the downloads from MS. I even printed out the 'specific
instructions' about installation so I wouldn't make a mess of it. As soon as
Server2003 SP1 installed and I rebooted, the dialogue box popped up 'Services
failed, check event viewer etc etc'. Checking the event logs shows the above
two errors. Thinking it was me being an idiot, I trashed the server and
rebuilt it to SBS2003 'standard' with NO patches or SPs. It works (ed)
perfectly. Tried the MS install instructions & SPs again and BANG! RRAS
fails with the same errors. Tearing my hair out here. Anybody any answers?
