IMO the first thing you need to decide is how strong you want to go with
security. WEP is pretty useless. WPA is better, and there are several
options. Probably the most secure is WPA2 with radius authentication. The
best info about that is in the "Windows Small Business Server 2003
Administrator's Companion" by Jason Gerend et al.

a lot of info here. Also, particularly if you're going to use WPA, you can
check to make sure that all your devices support whatever authentication
method you plan on using.
