Thank you for your reply.

According to your description, I understand that you received "This patch
package could not be opened" and the Intranet registry key isn't present
when you uninstalling the intranet componant.

In order to isolate the issue, please try to the following steps:

1. Please open DNS management console, expand Domain \ Forward Lookup
Zones \ DomainName.local, then at right tab, check the companweb's CNAME
record is exist.

2. Please re-try to uninstall the intranet componant and ignore the not
existing part, then try to reinstall the intranet componant , after you
finished, If this issue still cannot be resolved, please copy the error
message and paste it on the newsgroup.

Otherwise, based on your issue is too complex, I suggest you can try to
contact Product Support Services (PSS) or Advisory Service team via
telephone for quickly resolve.
