RE: Exchange with pop3 connector and external email

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Hi Crina, here are my answers. Thanks a lot for the info.

> 1. What Email Domain any other users use?
all users use: company.com (mail)

> 2. Do you set mail.company.local as email domain in Exchange server?

I run the email - internet wizard and put the 'company.com' as my email
domain.
but, in the user's properties/email addresses, I found two smtp's and one
SMTP:

smtp: username@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
SMTP: username@xxxxxxxxxxx (primary)
smtp: username@xxxxxxxxxxxx

is this the way it has to be?
> 3. Do you want the user to use OWA to access his email?

We rather not let this user use OWA. (actually to any user)

Thanks for your help.
