Actually, SQL Server SP4 can be applied to the SQL/MSDE instances on an SBS
2003 server. "Windows Small Business Server 2003" is a part of the
supported Operating Systems list at:
Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Service Pack 4

However, I suggest using SBS 2003 SP1 since you will get it soon, which
includes SQL Server SP4; we install it for you and ensure all instances of
MSDE, SQL, WMSDE etc, are patched.
