.http 400 bad request in Server Management for Backup

Dear Hendry Graven:

After I had read your reply to Steve about the .http 400 bad request in
Server Management for Backup, I changed the setting in IIS accordingly. Now
the problem become "The page cannot be displayed"

Could you please give me some hints to fix it?
