Hi,
You do have some 14 days for migrating to SBS 2003. Read the MS white paper
for migrating from SBS 4.5 to SBS 2003. You will have to do a lot of work on
the workstations though. Alternative might be www.sbsmigration.com for the
Swing It method from Jeff Middleton.
After migration, you will simply have to flatten the SBS 4.5 server and
reinstall with plain server media. You can't demote it or anything, scratch
reinstall.
