SBS2003 STD - Adding users won't assign a mail box alias.

Hi all.
The above mentioned server is not Service Packed as yet.
I am having a problem that only happens after a while of the server being
used. If I go to create a new user by using the wizard, It wont assign them
a mailbox.
I have searched but I am unable to find any information pertinent to my
problem. The only issues I can find is that of a "Mail Delivery Policy" of
which it isn't. If I restart the server, I can then add as many new users as
I wish, but after a day or two, I can't add users as they don't get a mail
alias.
I believe its a problem with Sharepoint, but I am unsure on how to fix. Is
anyone able to help me?
