Time sync GPO users not members of local pc admin

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry



Having problems trying to configure time sync on pcs where users are not
members of local pc administrator group.

Suggestions how you would do it appreciated or ideas why it may not be
working.
