RE: Help configuring Eicon Analog fax board

Hi,

Thank you for posting here.

First of all, please make sure that the new device has been signed by Windows Server 2003.

To check Windows Server 2003 HCL list, please go to:
http://www.microsoft.com/hcl

Based on my research, it turns out that the device is not compatible with Windows Server 2003.
If you would, please change a compatible device for Windows Server 2003.

Then, please obtain the latest driver and software for the device and test the feature again.
