Thank you for posting here.

This issue may cause by other web sites (with no Host header) that also listen on port 80 on "all unassigned" IP addresses.

If you've configured other web sites to listen on port 80, please change the ports. To do so:

1. Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Management.
2. Under "Internet Information Services/<Servername>" node, click Web Sites.
3. In the right pane, please check whether there's any web site that listens on port "80" and "All unassigned" with empty "Host header value".
4. Right click the web site and click Properties.
5. Change the TCP port to another port (such as 8888).
6. Run "IISReset" command from the start menu.
