SBS2003 Premium - SP1 ISA upgrade

Hi everyone

I'm about to install SP1on my SBS2k3, but am unclear about the ISA2004 part.

As usual, I'm probably reading too quickly and completely missing the
important bits - How to order the ISA2004 cd from Microsoft (If indeed this
is a necessary step for the Premium Edition upgrade).

I have read 'How to install Service Pack 1 for SBS 2003 [Author Mariëtte

I find myself still stuck in 'Where have all my brain cells suddenly
disappeared to?' mode.

Any clarification on, what steps are required to obtain the ISA 2004
software would be greatly appreciated.
