Manny,
Please, kick out these so called 'specialist'. If they install SBS for you
and do not know about this issue you can be sure they make a mess of your
server. Do not let them touch your server and get somebody else. I have seen
this happen over and over again.
Don't pay the bill, kick them OUT. These kind of people make me rage.
