Install ISA2004 on SBS2003 Premium questions

Hello.
Before i ever knew about not installing ISA2004 on SBS2003, I did it on a
test system with 2 nics, router and switch and Cable modem with one
workstation.
Workstation and server can do internet stuff and use Outlook Express for
newsgroups like this one (thank goodness).
Two things i can't do:
See the shared folders created by the server console of the c-drive and
e-drive from the workstation. The workstation logon id i created is a
member of Administrators.
Since i thought that the first problem was because i didn't install the
firewall client software on the workstation, i attempted that but i realized
i can't find the setup file to do it. According to ISA documents/Install
firewall client, it should be in Path\setup. I can't even find it when i am
at the server console. Cannot see "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Firewall
Client\internal_setup" from server or workstation
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Tony
