Hummmm. I have a similar config (RV082-RV042) and mine works correctly. So
maybe I will share a bit on my setup and see if there are any material
differences you can notice.....
As I have said, I have a RV082 at my home and a RV042 at my work. An IPSEC
tunnel is established between them. First thing you do is to try pinging
across the network using IPs to make sure traffic is passing thru. Make
sure each location is on a different private subnet. On my SBS2003 box, I
didn't have to setup RAS for the locations because the routers handles that.
If you setup the RAS again and have your remote workstations VPN (again) to
the server, you will be adding an extra layer of VPN which I am not sure if
that's what you want to do.
DHCPs should be handled by the router at each romote location with DNS
pointing back to the SBS IP on the home network. WINS should also be
pointing back to your SBS IP on the home network. And try enabling netbios
passthru for each tunnel in the RV082s as well.
