You've still not explained how you renamed the server. There is *no* native method for successfully renaming a fully installed and configured SBS server. Seriously. I would be extremely concerned that something is going to not work further down the line, and you're not in a position to be able to get help from MS.
The only issue now is the just http://companyweb. I want to think its a registry entry but also a SQL entry as well; not sure. Any thoughts?
"Companyweb" is just a DNS record.
