Re: rpc over http with URLScan 2.5

Thanks Charles, the information provided works to resolve the issue (so far,
so good). I appreciate the prompt and accurate information you noted.

To be clear of the steps that I took from original install of URLScan 2.5,
following your instructions:

1. I had made backup copy of my urlscan.ini file. my original urlscan.ini
file was created with the contents of the urlscan-owa.ini file pre-defined
for OWA servers.
2. note: in the urlscan.ini file, there was no section in the .ini file for
[RequestLimits]. I did not add the entries at this time.
3. I DID add the RPC_IN and RPC_OUT verbs into my AllowVerbs section of the
urlscan.ini file.
4. restarted services
5. conducted test - no success
6. returned to the urlscan.ini file and added the [RequestLimits] data as
you had provided.
7. restarted server
8. conducted test - successful authentication and synchronization of Outlook
over http.

thanks again,

Jason
