Re: Activesync by Air not working after adding second Sharepoint Site!

Hi Fahlis,

According to the application event, it appears that this issue is caused by
a bad request to the server (400 bad request). In order to know why this
issue occurs, I would suggest you check the following information to see
why this issue occurs:

1. Double Verify the Exchange server default Web site listener. Launch IIS
Manager, and open the properties of the Default Web Site. On General tab,
make sure that it listen on "All Unassigned" IP addresses.

2. Check if you are able to visit the OMA site from a client with IE. You
can use http://server/oma to access OMA from IE. You may receive the
message to indicate an unsupported browser but you can click OK to check
further. Please let me know if you are able to view OMA information
successfully in IE.

3. Please let me know if you have change the following information of the
OMA folder: Home directory and Authentication. Please verify if the home
directory path is pointing to the correct path and if basic authentication
is enabled for the OMA folders.

You may also refer to the following KB article:

You receive an HTTP_500 error message when you synchronize your mobile
device with Microsoft Exchange Server 2003

If the above steps do not work, due to the complexity of this issue we are
unable to assist with this request in the newsgroups.

A suggestion would be to contact Microsoft Product Support Services via
telephone so that a dedicated Support Professional can assist with your
request. Please be advised that contacting phone support will be a charged
call. However, if you are simply requesting a hotfix be sent to you and no
other support then charges are usually refunded or waived.

To obtain the phone numbers for specific technology request please take a
look at the web site listed below.

If you are outside the US please see http://support.microsoft.com for
regional support phone numbers.

Hope the information help.

Best regards,

Crina Li (MSFT)
