Frank,
Thanks for all your help. I got it fixed by rerunning the CEICW, disabling
the firewall, then rerunning again and re-enabling it. I can now get to the
site from outside the network. GRC still shows the port closed, but I think
that's because you have to log in to get anywhere with 4125.
One more thing to cross off my list!
