Local Machine Domain Account Lockout

Hello -
I have a remote user who works 100+ miles away from our corporate office,
which is where our corporate domain controller ("server") resides. His
primary access to our server is via VPN. Yesterday, he successfully logged
out of a VPN session into our server and then successfully logged out of his
local domain account on his computer and shut down completely. When he
rebooted his machine and tried to log into his local domain account, he kept
getting an error message indicating his username and password were
incorrect.
He has no problem logging into the local administrator account on his
computer, nor does he have a problem logging into his account via RWW
through any other computer. It appears that he is only locked out of his
local domain account.
Without having to have him ship the computer to me at our corporate office
so I can physically connect the computer to the domain, is there any other
work around to reset his password?
Thanks,
Michael R. Lawrence
