Thanks for the reply. I will tell you what I know at the moment.
Yes, you understand the problem.
We are using Outlook 2003 which I am familiar with. But, the is no "Leave
message on server" option here.
It is happening to at least half of all users, I will need to talk with a
few other or run some test.
Please note that both messages arrive at the same time, it is not the case
of the messages arriving everytime Outlook checks exchange (as if the
message was being left on the server and dowloaded again and again).
External emails addressed to 2 users, Usually To: and CC: format, each
receivers twice.
How can I check OWA?
