Re: SBS2000 server BSOD when local machine uses Citrix Client

Hello Charles:

Thanks for the detail and links.

Only one of the specific links comes close to clear relevance but the
offending addresses are somewhat different.

The general check list of things to try is good and we'll probably get to
that if all else fails but the system has had a remarkably good, clear,
clean history and the problem did not present itself until the ISA changes
were made and the Citrix client began to be used so I'm pretty certain that
that's the originating source.

I was hoping that someone else 'out there' might have had a similar issue or
might know a more direct fix before I begin a broad spectrum approach of
disabling drivers that have been fine until now.

The links you posted often had specific drivers attached to the errors. I've
been unable to isolate those yet. They aren't in the error message or the
log file. Debugging the dump files is new to me. Do I have to run the
debugging on the system that created the errors or can I do the analysis on
a separate machine? Are there any caveat's, warnings, etc. of putting the
MS debugging tools (Windbg, the symbols, etc.) on a production server?
