Static IP?

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

Hello. I am getting ready to install a SBS2003 Standard network (2 NIC
setup). There will be a Terminal Server (Server 2003) running as a member
server on the domain for Quickbooks Enterprise. The internet connection is
Broadband Cable. I have heard that connecting via RWW to the network and
then connecting to the Terminal Server will work but as I am going through
my planning I am getting a little confused. How would multiple people be
able to connect to the Terminal Server from outside the network if they are
connecting via RWW? Also do I need to get a static IP address from my ISP
for this to work?
