It is the login script that is run against every user that is causing this.
If you look at any user in AD you will see a script called
"SBS_Login_Script.bat", you would need to remove this from the affected
users.
A downside to doing this is that any assigned settings that are SBS specific
are also applied by this script(like installing Outlook 2003, and many other
items)
If you created a new user the script is there by default, you could use it
to make sure the user and computer are updated properly, then create your
Outlook profiles, and then remove the script from that user.
