Server Reports to external recipient loses

Server Performance Reports sent to an external recipient are converted from
HTML to plain text with ATTxxxxx.gif attachments. This conversion mangles the
HTML tables making the report unreadable.

MIME encoding in Exchange Global Settings is set to both plain and HTML. The
problem appears to be specific to the Server Reports as any other HTML mail
to external recipients arrives intact. As a test, I accessed the mailbox of
the internal recipient of Server Reports via OWA and tried forwarding a
report to an external recipient. I noticed that there was a beginning and
ending "FORM" tag surrounding the report in the forwarded message.

Has anyone come up with a solution to preserving HTML table formatting in
these reports when sent to external recipients?

Thanks,

- Kevin
