HI,
Welcome to use the SBS newsgroup.
According to your description, you encountered some issue in your SBS 2000
server.
Generally speaking, Stop message 0x000000D1 Descriptive text:
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Usual cause: An attempt was made to touch
pageable memory at a process internal request level (IRQL) that was too
high. This is usually caused by drivers using improper addresses.
Kernel-mode drivers are forbidden to access pageable memory at a high IRQL.
This error can occur in various cases. I have included some articles that
may help:

There are also some methods to troubleshoot this issue:
1. Disable all third-party filter drivers, such as backup programs, virus
scanning programs, and disk utilities.
2. Make sure that you are using hardware that appears on the Windows
Hardware Compatibility List (HCL). To view the latest Windows HCL, visit
the following Microsoft Web site: http://www.microsoft.com/hwdq/hcl/
3. A suggestion would be to contact Microsoft Customer Support Services via
telephone so that a dedicated Support Professional can assist with your
request. Please be advised that contacting phone support will be a charged
call. However, if you are simply requesting a hotfix be sent to you and no
other support then charges are usually refunded or waived.
To obtain the phone numbers for specific technology request please take a
look at the web site listed below.
