Re: Backup Runner Problems



Thanks Grey, you were right - for some reason the drive (while listed in
Device Manager) was not being recognised by the backup application. I
uninstalled, rebooted - and there it was. However, despite all our hopes,
this time the error message was "The Media failed to mount". In the RSM,
there are only 2 tapes available in the free pool. I've attached the Log
File - it shows to me how little I know about tape backup!
