Error using Internet Connection Configuration Wizard (2nd post)

Hello all,
Yesterday I was trying to publish a customer's web page from their SBS 2003.
I followed the instructions given to "host a business card web page in SBS
2003" from the community website. I changed the default.htm file to
default.back.htm as instructed. I used Front Page 2003 to publish local to
remote, and had no errors. Then I ran the Internet & E-Mail Wizard to add
WWWROOT to the Web Services Cofiguration Page. I got the "an error occurred
while configuring a componant" pop up window. There was a red X on Firewall
configuration. Now all componants except the sharepoint service will not
enable. I have run the wizard several times trying to choose all combinations
of componants, even only 1, with no luck. All web services are "You are not
authorized to view this page" from connections outside of their network.
Company Web still works internally. I've been reading through the threads and
have captured the icwlog.txt file after renaming the original to
icwlogold.txt & re-running the wizard. The result is below.
