Fax auto answer

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I have just had a sbs2003 premium server installed. I have configured the
fax software that on receipt it automatically prints out a copy of the fax,
then stores it in a folder.

All this works perfectly if I'm logged into the server as an administrator,
however if the server is just ticking away on its own, it does not answer
the incoming faxes.

Any pointers?
