Thanks for updates.
I understand that you want to make a client to gateway VPN on this
scenario. As we are not sure about the Symantec VPN appliance, you might
need to contact with Symantec for more detailed information:
Here I would like to give you some suggestions on gateway to gateway VPN:
Generally speaking, you can connect establish the VPN connection on the SBS
domain and other remote client computers, and if you have a device that can
be the gateway at the remote domain, you can connect the client computer to
the firewall/gateway box then do the site to site VPN. The document is not
only for the Windows VPN but also for the hardware VPN. So I think the site
to site VPN can still be used in your scenario.
