RE: tsweb, RWW, OWA not working

I did as you suggested for steps 1-4. Step 2 was already set correctly. I
took your advice and skipped step 4. I still don't understand why I get
promted so many times for a username and password after I've logged in
initially.

In making the changes in step 3, I'm able to get a little further but now I
get "The page cannot be displayed" error.

Also, it looks like we're digressing with OWA. I can logon successfully,
but now I can't read the body of the emails.

On the left side the panel of folders displays fine. The middle shows the
from, subject, date info correctly, but the left hand side gives me the
following: "The page cannot be displayed. There is a problem with the page
you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed. Please try the
following...HTTP 500 Internal server error. This occurs internally on the
lan as well "HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error". I'm pretty sure this was
working earlier today. The only changes I have made other than those you
suggested was to install Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition on the Server.

We're almost there. Just a few more niggly things. I appreciate all the
followup.

Regards. Shawn
