Remote access wizard keeps failing

When I try and run remote access wizard to set up a vpn it fails every time
(this stops all internet access). Any suggestions on how to fix this ?

I have read that if Win 2003 Server SP1 is installed there can be a problem
on SBS. I installed everything off windows update that was available. When i
have looked in the add/remove program list there are lots of windows hotfixes
for KBXXXXXXX but none explicitely say windows 2003 server service pack 1 so
I dont know if this is installed or even a factor.

Any ideas would be helpful.
