RE: tsweb, RWW, OWA not working

OK, I didn't see any errors so I checked the filter again and now it shows
that the owaauth.dll was successfully loaded. Aside from the permissions,
the only thing I changed was in the Exchange System Manager for the SMTP
connector allowing messages to be relayed through certain domains. I don't
think this would have an effect. Maybe the starting and stopping of IIS and
the website did something, or the delay between setting the permissions and
this latest action?

Looks like the web based sites are working now -- but with OWA I am now
having the following issue: "440 Login Timeout" when access the URL by:
http://localhost/exchange.

Any ideas? And thanks for the help so far -- I wish I knew specifically
what fixed things earlier and why they got screwed up, but at least we're OK
for now.
