Outlook Web Access - Weird Behavior

Hi All,

We are experiencing a strange issue with OWA on SBS 2003 Premium (ISA).
Users are able to log in to OWA remotely without any problems, but when they
try to open certain e-mails (either by double clicking or in the preview
pane) the result is an http 404 error - The page cannot be found. Now this
only happens to certain emails, other e-mails display fine.

I ran some tests today, logging in as the user in question from two
different remote locations. The error occured on the exact same e-mail from
both locations. Then I tried accessing OWA from the local LAN, and I could
view the offending e-mails without a problem. It seems that this could
potentially be an ISA issue?

If anyone out there has experienced this issue or can offer any insight, it
would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

PP
