tsweb, RWW, OWA not working

I just completed an upgrade from a W2K DC to SBS2003 Std. Ed. Looks like
most everything replicated over OK and we are running live with the new setup
and except for a few minor issues users are access the Server for files and
email through Outlook just fine.

My biggest problem is with the web based services on SBS. The Remote
Desktop works great (both internally and externally) and "companyweb" works
(only internally). I can't get any of the other web based applications to
work at all either internally or externally.

Internally for tsweb I've tried:
http://ipaddress/tsweb
http://servername/tsweb

i just get the error "The page cannot be displayed".

Externally much the same. I am using the public ipaddress to connect as
there is no public domain name associated with the IP.

In the Internet connection Wizard for the "Allow access to only the
following Web site services from the Internet" I have checked everything.

For the "Create a new Web server certificate I have used the public IP
address for the webserver name.

set the IP address Current

System Config: Single NIC (I know - not recommended, but there it is) on
Server, LINKSYS router for firewal and gateway.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
