Remote Web Workplace

I have a client whose RWW is no longer working. When we try to go to
https://servername/remote we first got the service unavailable error. I
followed the instructions in a MS KB article about IIS being on a domain
controller and there being permission problems. Now we are getting an error
64 - Host not available whenever we try to go to the RWW.
