Thank you for posting back.

client side, and when user opening the software, error message comes out.
As you said that the files have already redirected to the share folder, so
I need to confirm with you that whether your users can edit, open, change,
delete the files in the share folder? Please perform the test by using the
Notepad. Can Notepad save to that folder? If they can, then the issue comes
from the software. I would suggest you that contact the software vendor for
support.
