RE: OWA users can not open mail

Hi,

Thank you for the post.

>From the description, I understand that your issue is that when you try to
view the emails in the OWA, Its content does not show up. If I'm off base,
please let me know.

First of, please check the message format configuration of your Exchange
Server. To view this configuration information in Exchange Server 2003:

1. In Exchange System Manager, expand "Global Settings" and then click
"Internet Message Formats".

2. In the right pane, double-click the default message format to open the
properties window,.

Then compare the setting in each tab with the configuration in those
working servers. If there is any difference, please correct it.

If this does not help, please help me collect the following information for
further troubleshooting:

1. Re-run the CEICW and see if here is any change?

2. Are there any event logs related to this issue?

3. Please capture a screenshot and post it in the newsgroup.

4. Does this issue happen on all of the client PCs / for all the user
accounts?

5. What is your version of SBS server and exchange server? What is the
system platform of the clients?

6. Does the issue occur when they use OWA Basic when users logon the OWA?

7. Does OWA work internally?

8. Is Exchange 2003 SP1 installed?

If you have any concern on this thread, I am glad to be of further
assistance. We look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Jerry Zhao (MSFT)
